So that we can help you quickly, please mention:

your GOODLOAD ID and the mobile number of your account;
which screen or bill it is about;
a screenshot, if you can.

We will never ask for your OTP, password or bank details — not by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. If someone asks, it is not GOODLOAD. Do not share them.

GOODLOAD is a private business, not a government department. For online services we help you fill and submit applications; the decision is the government office’s.
