Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and GOODLOAD, a sole proprietorship of Akhil Pasha Shekh, 01, GOODLOAD, Jalna–Beed Road, Ambad, District Jalna, Maharashtra 431204, India. By creating an account or using goodload.in, the GOODLOAD web app or the Android app (the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who can use GOODLOAD
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
- The Service is meant for business use — trading, transport and truck operations.
- The details you give (name, business name, GSTIN, address) must be true and your own. Do not use someone else’s GSTIN, name or number.
Your account and staff
- Keep your phone, OTP, Gmail and password safe. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- You can create staff logins and choose what each one can do. You are responsible for the actions of your staff inside the Service, and for removing their access when they leave.
- Tell us at once at goodloadaps@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.
What GOODLOAD is — and is not
- A record-keeping tool. GOODLOAD helps you make bills and keep your shop, stock, orders and accounts. You are responsible for the correctness of what you enter.
- GST bills are issued under your own GSTIN. The app is only a means of preparing them. Checking tax rates, amounts and HSN codes, and filing your returns, is your responsibility.
- The accounts book is only a record. It shows who has to pay whom. GOODLOAD does not lend money, does not give credit and does not collect or hold payments.
- We are not a transporter or a party to your deals. In the marketplace, GOODLOAD only helps traders, transporters and truck owners find each other. Any deal, rate, load or payment is between the users involved.
- We are not a government department. For online services, we only help you fill and submit applications. The decision rests with the government office concerned, and government fees are separate from any service fee of ours.
Your content
Everything you put into the Service — records, photos, messages — remains yours. You allow GOODLOAD to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you: for example to save it in your account, to show a bill to the buyer you sent it to, or to show your public card to people who search for you.
Things you must not do
- Make fake or misleading bills, or use the Service for tax evasion or any unlawful business.
- Buy, sell or advertise goods or services that are illegal in India.
- Harass, threaten, cheat or spam other users, or share their information without permission.
- Try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, break our security, copy data in bulk, or interfere with the Service.
- Click on ads yourself, or ask others to, to earn or cause ad revenue.
Users can block and report others from inside the chat. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Dealing with other users
When you send a bill to another user, they can approve it, ask for a change or refuse it. Any disagreement about goods, prices, payments or delivery is between you and that user. We may help where we can, but we are not responsible for another user’s conduct.
Fees
The Service is free to use today. If we introduce charges for any feature or service, we will tell you clearly — with the price — before they apply, and you can choose not to use that feature. Nothing will ever be deducted without your clear consent. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Ads
The Service shows ads from Google and its partners. The advertisers, not GOODLOAD, are responsible for their ads, and showing an ad does not mean we recommend it. How ads use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and your backups
We work to keep the Service running, and the app keeps working without internet and uploads your work later. Still, the Service may sometimes be slow or unavailable because of maintenance, network problems or events outside our control. Please keep your own copies (PDF or print) of bills and records that the law requires you to keep.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
Limits of our responsibility
- The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will be free of every error or interruption.
- To the extent the law allows, GOODLOAD is not responsible for indirect losses — such as lost profit, lost business or penalties — arising from use of the Service, from mistakes in what you entered, or from the actions of other users.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service grows. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you inside the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to our Grievance Officer first — most problems can be solved that way. If a dispute remains, the courts at Jalna, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
