We do not ship physical goods
GOODLOAD is a software service. We do not sell or ship any physical product, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by courier or post.
How the app is delivered
- The GOODLOAD app is delivered online. It is available immediately at goodload.in/app after you log in with your mobile number.
- You can add it to your phone’s home screen, or install the Android app when it is available on the download page.
- There is no waiting period and no delivery address is needed.
Online services
When you ask our team for help with an online service (for example an application or registration), the work is done digitally:
- Your request is recorded in the app as soon as you submit it, and you can see its status there.
- Our team starts work after confirming the details and the fee with you.
- The final result (for example a certificate or approval) is issued by the government office concerned, on its own timeline. GOODLOAD cannot control or guarantee that timeline.
Loads and transport between users
GOODLOAD is not a transporter or courier. Loads, trucks and trips posted in the marketplace are arranged directly between the users involved, who are responsible for pickup, delivery, rates and payment.
